At MY1932.com, all sales are FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, including custom and made-to-order items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

 

 No Returns / No Exchanges

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Delayed delivery once shipped

• Custom or personalized items

 

 

 Damaged or Incorrect Items (ONLY EXCEPTION)

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

 

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide:

   

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement ONLY (no refunds).

 

 Sizing Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before purchase.

 

 Order Finalization

 

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
